PRECAST UTILITY MANUFACTURING
USE Industrial Waste Products (Gain Carbon Credits)
Alkali-Silica Reactivity (ASR) has long prohibited the uses of glass or silicon based aggregates throughout the concrete construction industry. The highly acidic environments that enable silicates to be included, create an environment that excludes the uses of steel rebar and high carbon reinforcement. A new binding agent has long been sought after to allow for the ueses of glass based aggregates.
Glass cullet and glass waste are by products of heavy industrial processes. For decades, scientists have searched for ways to incorporate this industrial byproduct into modern concrete manfacturing practices.
RC Associates is working to develop novel compounds to replace Portland Cement as the dominant binding agent in concrete. Our compounds will allow for the uses of glass aggregate...
DELIVERING COST EFFICIENTCIES TO OUR CLIENTS
Operating Under NON-Negotiable Timelines?
Timelines are non-negotiable when it comes to Americas critical infrastructure. Hyperscaler and Data Center operators reputation hinge on their networks reliabitly. Each second of connectivity costing MILLIONS, if interupted. When there is this much at risk, ensure that your infrastructure is installed and ready for commissioning.
RC Associates has developed a patent pending mobile forming and casting process enabling your elctrical transmission components to be cast on your jobsite giving you direct oversight into your QA/QC process. Ensure that you specifications are met before conduits or men ever enter a trench.
RESTORE CONFIDENCE IN WHATS BELOW THE GROUND
Large Workloads, Insufficient Manpower?
Our unique forming proccess and product design allow our products to be hoisted into place with smaller less sophisticated ground crews. Once our products are hoisted into place, ground crews latch the sectional pieces togther ensuring they can be lowered into place, reducing your installation timelines.
Our products are developed to be installed with a 3 man ground crew and an experienced hoisting/rigging team. The days of large manual ground crews installing hundreds of linear feet of conduit manually are over.
